The Ayurvedic Consultation

The foundation of all of the Ayurvedic and Yogic therapies offered is the Initial Ayurvedic Consultation. This is a two hour evaluation where the following five examinations will occur:

* A complete health history
* Examination of body structure
* Pulse Examination
* Tongue Examination
* Abdominal Examination

The goal of this initial consultation is:

* To understand your unique constitution
* To understand the nature of any imbalances
* To develop a plan to bring you back into balance

These goals will be implemented through the following avenues:

* The 2 hour Initial Ayurvedic Consultation (IAC)
* A one hour Report of Findings (ROF)
* Discuss our findings and the plan to help you
* Begin your first therapies such as working on your food program
* You may also begin to take herbs at that time
* Follow up visits (FUV)
* Every week to begin to assure proper support and supervision, also if you are interested, ongoing instruction on your personalized yoga asana plan.
* Check in on progress
* Adjust herbs and make new recommendations

The IAC cost is: $175.00, ROF is included.

All FUV's are $65.00/hr if held at my office.
